You and your guest must have a valid passport to travel to Mexico.
Confirm your flight status 24 hours in advance and again before departing for the airport
Please use the luggage tags that will be sent to you prior to departure, adding your name and phone number. These will help expedite luggage handling at the airport and resort. Names should match name on your registration.

Some airlines may charge for checked baggage. The company will reimburse for 1 checked bag per person (surcharges for excess, oversized and/or overweight baggage are not covered). Be sure you keep your receipt for your checked baggage to expense.
Thryv will schedule transportation to and from the airport and the hotel for all attendees arriving and departing on the core dates. After clearing Customs at the Cancun Airport, follow signs to the exit, pass by the car rental and taxi companies. Once outside, look for a representative holding a Thryv Sign and wearing a Thryv T-Shirt.
Transportation will not be provided for extended stays. Transportation and/or parking at home/departure point are not reimbursable.

Thryv will book all rooms at the hotel for the core dates of the trip; April 26-30. Room, taxes and gratuities are included.
Travel Center will review your airfare to calculate the additional cost of your extended stay. You will be informed of any extra expense, which will be processed as a payroll deduction.

The Marriott Cancun Resort is offering a special group rate for extended stays 3-days before and 3-days after the event dates. Partial Ocean View Room Rates are $523 per night (single occupancy) and $571 per night (double occupancy). The Marriott Cancun Resort is an all-inclusive hotel and only offers an all-inclusive rate. Additionally, if you plan to extend your stay at the Marriott Cancun Resort, kindly email done3ownersmeeting@thryv.com to notify the team.
You will need to provide a credit card for any incidentals. The resort will put a hold of approximately $50 for each night of your stay on this card.

A company-sponsored event, and as such, all employees and their guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner in accordance with Thryv’s Code of Conduct.
Although this is a celebratory atmosphere and alcohol will be available over the course of the event, it is our expectation that all attendees exercise good judgement in determining how much they consume.
All attendees are expected to comply with all local, state, and national laws and ordinances in Mexico.
